Foree Oil Company is an oil and gas exploration company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The Foree companies have participated in the discovery and/or development of several multi-million barrel oil and gas fields over the last seventy years. These fields are located throughout several of the most prominent geologic basins/provinces in the USA.

In the 1950's and 1960's Foree Drilling Company owned numerous large drilling rigs. During this time, exploration and development activities were centered primarily on the Texas portion of the Anadarko Basin. Over this period of time, Foree Drilling Company participated in the development of over 100 producing oil and gas wells in this region.

The Foree companies have utilized "state of the art" exploration, drilling and completion methods that have enabled the companies to establish an outstanding success rate during. Combining experience and highly specialized engineering and management capabilities the Forees have identified, acquired and exploited oil and gas and coal bed methane properties within several geological provinces in the United States. These areas include the Uinta Basin, Permian Basin, Fort Worth Basin, East Texas Basin, the Anadarko Basin and several other areas within the US Mid-Continent region and Rocky Mountain basins.

Foree Oil Company's most recent activities have centered on the Hardeman Basin of North Texas, where the depth of the wells can exceed 2600 meters. The company has shot extensive 2-D and 3-D seismic surveys and discovered several oil and gas fields in North Texas and southern Oklahoma.
